“If there is a will there is a way”. Sincerity and hard work should be there to support it. When all my efforts to find out a job in Govt. service in Kerala, with a First Class Diploma Certificate in Mechanical Engineering in hand failed due to my fate or lack of hold, I was forced to do something of my own, just for survival, It was in 1971. There was no body to financially support me. I had somehow managed a welding set and started doing some petty job in a small thatched shed by the side of the road at Mavelikara Railway Junction.

Right from the very beginning I believe that QUALITY is very essential for survival of any establishment whether it is small or big and I have been following it till date without any compromise. Today that Welding shed of 1971 has emerged as a Reputed Industrial Training Institute in South Kerala, having NCVT, KGCE, All India Technical Education Society (AITES), Kerala Engineering Education Society (KEES) and other Technical courses in various Trade.

Students undergone training in this Institute hold prestigious and responsible posts in India and abroad and I feel proud of the wonderful growth of this Institute
